Mr. Baldy Maready :)

Tuesday Mr. Maready came and talked to us about our list 3 Administration words. He was very very informative, he answered many many questions that we had. We learned a lot about our school and charter schools like ours. We found out that the district pretty much hates us as a charter school, because we supposedly "take money from the district". There were many questions asked about school districts, requirements of mckeel, and many other things. We noticed that he likes to repeat "& all that stuff". He was very chill and laid back. He was really easy to talk to and was really engaged in the conversation. I really enjoyed Mr. Maready coming into class and answering all the questions we had for him. THANKYOU MR. MAREADY, you are truly the best superintendent EVER!(:

accocelli!

Yesterday Dr. A came and talked to us about certification. We talked about how we have to pay our own way to take all the test. It's rediculous how much money you have to pay to become a teacher. You have to take all these stupid pointless classes that don't matter. I think you should be able to get a grant or something to that extent that helps you pay for the tests and extra things that you have to buy.

newesttt!!!!!

This week we worked on our presentations for wikis, glogster, blogspot, and prezi. We went yesterday (Thursday) to do our presentations. We went to Ms. Harmans class to present, considering they don't know what those things are. Our presentation was somewhat successful, we kind of had some technical problems, but other than that everything went good. We went today and presented to Ms. C. Whites class, but we had to leave early because they are 8th grade and they have a split class. We've also have been watching the Blindside in class! It's about a homeless boy who is taking in by a wealthy family and sent to Windgate Christian School. He was appointed to play football for the school and start in the spring. He has at a 2nd grade education and is starting at a high school. He's now a star football player at the high school and has many scholarships to college, such as Florida, Ole Miss, Texas, and many more. He commits to Ole Miss and was the first NFL draft pick.
